ONYA Eco-Camping Park
ONYA Eco-Camping Park was opened in 2022 to cater for self sufficient campers that need a safe and enjoyable space to stay whilst in the Flinders Ranges. Located in Blinman South Australia, the land is nestled in a valley which creates a scenic and calm camping spot. Teeming with wildlife and birdlife (sorry no pets allowed) ONYA Eco-Camping Park is a great place to setup your van or campsite when in the Flinders Ranges.
Ikara-Flinders Ranges campsite
The Flinders Ranges is home to several campsites but ONYA specialises in creating great spaces for self sufficient campers. ONYA offers generous sites for setting up your swag, tent, camper trailer, caravan or motorhome, and be far away from the busy life of the city. ONYA Eco-Camping Park stretches for many acres and we ensure that the campers get their own space and area to live secluded when in the outback. However, if you are travelling with other self-sufficient travellers we have designed areas to accommodate for large groups. This place is a haven for environmentally aware travellers wanting to immerse themselves in the local history, culture, wildlife and the land of the Ikara-Flinders Ranges.
Northern Flinders Ranges
Our campsite sits in the Northern Flinders Ranges to provide a central base between Blinman and Wilpena Pound. This area has tonnes of history and the town of Blinman and tours of the Flinders Ranges offer fantastic experiences to learn about the ancient seabed landscape, the outback habitats and the mining history and culture of the area. Our aim was to set up a place that is convenient for travellers and perfectly located so you can explore the Flinders Ranges throughout the day and come back to a cosy campsite.
Accommodation in Flinders Ranges
Currently ONYA is set up to mainly accommodate self-sufficient campers, however we plan to develop our campsite to offer onsite accommodation, so watch this space! Our future accommodation options are currently being planned as we want to create an ideal place to stay when exploring the Ikara-Flinders Ranges. ONYA Eco-Camping Park is working very strategically to ensure that both the accommodation and campsites are given proper resources, space and attention.
Where to find us
We are 2 kilometres south of Blinman.
Turn on to Arkaroola Road and travel east for 400 metres.
Our track entry is on the northern side. Follow our large green signs with the colourful kangaroo and tent logo.
Approx 1 hour drive north of Wilpena Pound.

Through extensive research and planning, we have aimed to set up the best camping sites in the Ikara-Flinders Ranges. Located at Blinman, we have created an environment fit for self-sufficient campers. With warm outback hospitality and a dedicated staff that want you to experience this South Australian Park as comfortably as possible, we aim to provide the most enjoyable and spacious camping area you can find. As passionate travellers of South Australia, we have gained a true understanding of what makes for a great campsite and accommodation. Using this knowledge and passion we work hard to create spacious and private camping sites that are perfect for self sufficient campers staying the Flinders Ranges.
